BanglaKids movie

Blogger Weef visited ADRA projects in Bangladesh with us in 2019. She captured the lives of Bangladeshi children in the slums and at school. The result is the documentary BanglaKids. The proceeds of the film, which amounted to 114,150 CZK, were donated to the children of the Chalantika Education Centre.

The film shows the life of people in Bangladesh who are confronted with various problems on a daily basis: poverty, slum life, poor working conditions and child marriage. Most of these problems stem from a lack of education, which prevents people from escaping the vicious circle of poverty.
